Creative wellbeing involves conducting a series of arts-based workshops at Pendleside Hospice, focusing on creating clay windchimes. Participants will be guided through the process of shaping and molding clay, enabling them to craft unique designs. Working with clay is recognised as a therapeutic activity, aiding in self-expression, creativity and mental wellbeing.

The workshops will be structured to guide participants through the entire process of creating clay windchimes. This will include instructions on finishing, painting and assembling the pieces to form functional chimes. This project will also help participants to explore the concept of sound therapy through the creation of windchimes through distinctive sound.

The project aims to to provide a nurturing and creative environment for participants to explore the therapeutic benefits of art making. The workshops will foster a sense of community, wellbeing and empowerment among participants at Pendleside Hospice.
